It is about a 10 minute drive to the diamond mine in Murfreesboro. Lake Greeson is great for fishing and boating just outside of Murfreesboro. It is about 15 minutes to Wal Mart in Nashville. Remodeled 1940's house with all new furniture, mattresses and bedding, this inviting home has 3 spacious bedrooms & 2 bathrooms! This home has a very comfortable and roomy, open floor plan where the living room, dining room and kitchen are one great room! The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a private bathroom, with a tub and shower. The second bedroom is very roomy and offers a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. There are two roll away twin size beds and an inflatable mattress available. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and a dishwasher, plus all of the necessities for preparing your meals. Full-sized washer and dryer. Outside there is large deck with seating and a natural gas grill. Owner lives in studio apartment on premises and often makes trips between 9 AM and 4 PM to workshop directly behind the house.

This is a one room rustic cabin. It has a full size bed. It has heat and air condition. Lots of shelf space. It has a fridge and microwave. A small desk and chair. There is a campfire ring outside. There is no bathroom but showers and bathrooms are on site. Bed linen is not provided so please bring you own. This cabin is located on Miners Camping located next to the Crater of Diamonds. The Eagles' Nest Getaway is a private riverfront retreat nestled in the scenic hills of Southwestern Arkansas along the banks of the Little Missouri River.  It sleeps 10 people and has two and a half baths.  Great Trout Fishing.  The cabin is located a few miles from historic Murfreesboro, Arkansas, Crater of Diamonds State Park and Lake Greeson. This cabin is owned and operated by the Old Factory Getaway owners and received its name for the incredible view and occasional bald eagle sightings.

Looking For A Home Away From Home? My Sister's Cabin is located on the little Missouri River with a 3 tier dock on the water, where you can sit and enjoy fishing and the sounds of nature while watching the kids swim. The cabin is stocked with towels, wash clothes, dishes, cooking ware, eating/cooking utensils, grill, washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed with bedding/pillows and a TV with a DVD player satellite. There is also an air mattress and extra twin mattress for those extra guest. We recently added WiFi for our guest to enjoy. The living room has couch, big chair, and 2 recliners it also has a 55” TV with satellite and DVD player. Dining room table sits 6 with an island that has a place for 2 to sit at. Outdoor porch has 2 tables with chairs. The cabin has a picnic table and fire pit outside by the water. We are about 10 min from the Crater of Diamonds State Park and 5 min from Narrows Dam and Lake Greeson and right in town is the Famous Archaeological Ka -Do-Ha Indian Mound Builders and don"t forget to check out the Antique and Rock Shops in Town. ** (hot tub not available at this time) ***kayak rentals available

One of very few homesites located at a trout release point. You can get your gear and walk right into the river to start fishing! The cabin's interior is a combination of rugged log cabin with a modern flare. The finish out is clean and simple yet continues to remind you that you are tucked away next to the Little Missouri River. This fully furnished cabin allows you to walk in and immediately GET LAZY! The downstairs has an open living/entertaining space with a full kitchen, dining area, and living area that stays the center of all the action. As you make your way to the back of the cabin you will find a full bath and full laundry room. At the very back of the cabin are two queen bedrooms separated from the living space so you get the rest you deserve! Upstairs is an additional queen bedroom, full bathroom, a hang out area with 1 queen fold out couch, and access to the balcony that overlooks the Little Missouri River. As you make your way back down stairs and outside, you will find wrap around porches that lead you to the back of cabin entertaining space. This space includes a fire pit, grill, picnic table, and outside games. You can also follow the trail down into the woods and hang out by an active creek. Wildlife is plentiful, it is not out of the ordinary to see deer in the yard, eagles flying over head, and trout swimming in the river! Go trout fishing, relax by the fire pit, or sit on the balcony with a good book and watch the river flow.

However, we request that you pay a one time pet fee of $75.00 at the time of booking as this fee covers the additional wear, tear and maintenance of allowing pets to stay. If there are damages due to your pet, the damages will be assessed and billed to your credit card. If there is pet damage, please let us know about it, usually the damage will be covered by the additional pet fee already paid. Please do not attempt to hide the damage so it can be addressed prior to our next guests arrival. We are a family and recreational fishing rental. Cabin 2 also has a huge deck overlooking the river, fully furnished with lounge chairs for sitting in the sun, several tables, and a swing. There is also a large fire pit on the property to enjoy a fire after the sun goes down. It's the perfect place to pic a guitar and look at the stars! With the purchase of a fishing license, put a line in the river! Arkansas Fish and Game stock the river with trout and they are always fun to fish. Please make yourself familiar with the fishing regulations in this area, and we ask you to be responsible with our resources.
